Merrimans’ Playhouse Updated COVID-19 Pandemic Protocol: MASKS REQUIRED inside venue during concert.
The safety of our patrons, artists, volunteers and staff is our top priority at Merrimans’ Playhouse. After much careful consideration by our staff and board members, as well as guidance by public health officials and the CDC, we have updated our current protocol. We want to continue to remain open so we can keep providing live jazz music! Please help us in these efforts with your understanding and support.
How We are Keeping You Safe:
First please know that all of our staff and musicians are vaccinated. Surfaces are sanitized after each event. We have touchless sanitizers at each doorway for your use. We will continue to follow the CDC recommendation for Indoor Settings - that even fully vaccinated people can reduce the risk of transmission of the Delta variant by wearing a mask in public indoor settings in areas of substantial or high community transmission.
Until St Joseph County drops to a moderate or low level of community transmission, our policy will be that masks are REQUIRED for all patrons and staff. Eating and drinking is allowed. As has been true throughout the pandemic, we will remain flexible and make changes as circumstances warrant. Thank you for your cooperation and care for each other.
