Will Schneider is a contemporary horn player currently based in Toledo, OH. A native to the Midwest, Will has appeared in a myriad of settings, ranging from brass quintets and orchestras to big bands and combos. Though an atypical choice for a horn player, Will specializes in writing and performing improvised music and is the founder and member of the Third Shore Collective, a group of young musicians “dedicated to creating new sonic spaces, pushing musical boundaries, and challenging listeners' perspectives.” Most recently Will recorded his first album “Trio Featuring” which explores the expressive possibilities of the cordless trio and the change in interpretation by adding in guest instrumentalists.
Will holds a B.M. in orchestral performance from Central Michigan University and both a M.M. in jazz studies and a M.M. in classical performance from Bowling Green State University.
Dylan Bretz Jr. is an upright and electric bass player originally from Cleveland, OH. He received his B.M. in Jazz Studies from Bowling Green State University, where he is currently pursuing his M.M. in Jazz Studies. As a freelance musician, Dylan performs regularly across the Midwest and specializes in jazz and popular music styles.
Brad Billmaier is a Toledo-based performer, composer, and educator, and an in-demand drummer in Toledo’s revitalized jazz scene and throughout the Midwest. He earned his Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Toledo - where he studied percussion across the spectrum of jazz and contemporary classical music - and completed his Master of Music degree in Jazz Studies at Bowling Green State University, where he currently acts as an adjunct instructor of jazz drumset. While at BGSU he accompanied such luminaries as Ryan Keberle, Jaleel Shaw, and Blue Lou Marini. While studying music, Brad was also leading his own ensembles throughout the greater Ann Arbor, Detroit, and Toledo areas, and touring the region in various jazz ensembles.
