In collaboration with the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Notre Dame, Culture Café presents our second CHATS - "Culture, Humanities, and the Arts Through Science" Lecture Series. The Merrimans' Play-House Players will perform 7:30 - 8:00, then around 8:00 Dr. Seth Koren will be joined by Manna and Prof. DasGupta for a special edition of CHATS at Culture Café. They will converse about what we've learned about the origins of life, how to communicate this to the public in the form of comic art, and what lessons we should take away from it.

Prof. Saurja DasGupta is Assistant Professor of Chemistry and Biochemistry with a concurrent appointment in the Department of Biological Sciences at the University of Notre Dame.
Argha Manna, M.S., is a cancer researcher turned comics artist from India, with experience as a science journalist and former artistic appointments at MIT and IIT.
