Lint Trio brings a fun creative lift to the Great American Songbook, pop songs, and some deep cuts from the jazz repertoire. Lint Trio began with guitarist Casey Nielsen’s steakhouse gig. Forced to play quietly without sacrificing creativity, the trio cultivated an aesthetic one bassist dubbed “light intensity”- shortened to “Lint.” Make no mistake, with the creative force of bassist John Sutton and drummer Kyle Swan, Lint Trio can bring the intensity as needed.
